KSeF invoices

Purchase and sales invoices land in the panel straight from the National e-Invoice System — ready to assign to the right company, with no manual upload and no separate KSeF account. From the same place you can also issue your own KSeF invoices, domestic and foreign.

What you get

Everything you need to handle KSeF

Automatic invoice download

Purchase and sales invoices downloaded automatically from the National e-Invoice System, ready to assign in the panel.

No separate KSeF login

No need to log in separately to the Ministry of Finance website — you see everything in the Tekomat panel.

Describing invoices

Every invoice can be described, assigned a category and given an accounting note — without losing context during later bookkeeping.

Sending invoices to the office

One click on "Send to accounting" gives the accounting office access to all of a company's invoices — no emailing, no printouts. Access can be withdrawn at any time.

Bank statement uploaded and matched

You upload a bank statement as an XML file, and the panel automatically matches transactions to purchase and sales invoices — by document number, amount, or a previously saved description mapping. Anything that doesn't match on its own you complete manually.

Statement sent to accounting

Just like invoices, the bank statement reaches the office after clicking "Send to accounting" — separately for the chosen account and month, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Issuing invoices — domestic and foreign

From the panel you can issue an invoice for both a domestic and a foreign counterparty — with the correct VAT settlement and currency.

Manually adding invoices

An invoice from outside KSeF, e.g. a paper one or one from the transitional period, can be added manually so your records stay complete.

Invoices assigned to the company

Every invoice is automatically routed to the correct company — no manual sorting or searching.

Up-to-date data at all times

The panel checks for new invoices in KSeF regularly, so you always work with a current set of documents.

Archive of all invoices

Every company's invoice history is available in one place, with no need to search through a mailbox or external systems.

Encrypted data

The connection to the panel and all stored documents are encrypted — clients' financial data stays confidential.

You add a category and a note, and the invoice goes straight to the accounting office's panel.

04

Everything in the company's archive

The client and the office both have access to the company's full invoice history in one place.

Questions

What people ask most often

When does KSeF become mandatory?

The rollout schedule for mandatory KSeF covers successive groups of companies in 2026 and 2027, in line with Ministry of Finance regulations — it is worth preparing your office and clients in advance, regardless of exactly when a given company becomes subject to the obligation.

Do I need to log in separately to the KSeF system?

No — once a company is connected, invoices are downloaded automatically and are visible right away in the Tekomat panel, with no need to log in separately to the Ministry of Finance website.

Does the panel handle both purchase and sales invoices?

Yes, the panel downloads both types of documents from KSeF and assigns them to the correct company.

Can I add a note or category to an invoice?

Yes — every invoice can be described with its own note and assigned a category, which makes later bookkeeping easier.

Does an invoice go automatically to the accounting office?

Not fully automatically — only after clicking the "Send to accounting" button does the accounting office gain access to a company's invoices. It is a single, simple company-wide consent, not a separate handover every month — the data stays visible to the office on an ongoing basis until the consent is withdrawn.

Can I also upload a bank statement to KSeF?

Yes — in the same module you upload a bank statement as an XML file, and the panel matches transactions to invoices by number, amount, or a saved description mapping. Just like invoices, you send the statement to the accounting office with a separate "Send to accounting" button — for a chosen account and month.

Can I issue an invoice for a foreign counterparty?

Yes — the panel lets you issue both domestic and foreign invoices, with the correct VAT settlement and currency.

Can I manually add an invoice that isn't in KSeF?

Yes. An invoice from outside the system, e.g. a paper one or one from the transitional period, can be added manually so your records stay complete.

Does each company only see its own invoices?

Yes. Each company only has access to its own documents — other clients' data at the office stays invisible.

Is invoice data downloaded from KSeF secure?

Yes — the connection and the stored documents are encrypted, and only authorised people at the office and the given company have access.
