Every month's revenue, costs and income for a company is entered by the accounting office or by the company itself, and the panel turns it into clear charts, annual summaries and profitability analysis — with margins, a cost ratio and a revenue simulator.
Everything you need to track a company's results
Monthly financial results
Revenue, costs, and income before and after tax for a given month are entered by the accounting office or by the company itself — one place instead of spreadsheets sent back and forth.
Line chart or bar chart
Revenue, costs, and income before and after tax on one chart — switch from line view to bar view with a single click, whichever is easier to read.
Annual summary at a glance
Cards with the total revenue, costs, and income before and after tax for the whole selected period — no need to add it up from the table by hand.
Month-to-month change
Next to every value in the table you immediately see the percentage change versus the previous month — green for growth, red for a decline.
Profitability analysis calculated automatically
Based on the entered results, the panel automatically calculates gross and net profit margin, the cost ratio and the effective tax rate — no separate calculations in Excel.
Marginal analysis
Shows how much of the extra revenue in a given month actually became income after subtracting the extra costs — you immediately see whether the company's growth is efficient.
Simulator: how much revenue for a target income
You enter a target pre-tax income, and based on the average margin for the selected period the panel estimates how much revenue and how much cost that requires.
Any date range
The whole year, a chosen quarter, or any range of months — the charts, summary and profitability analysis recalculate for the selected period.
Filtering by company and business type
The office can browse the results of a single chosen company or filter the list by business type to find what it's looking for faster.
Edit and correct at any time
The office can correct or delete a previously entered result if something changes in the billing — the charts and ratios recalculate immediately.
The company can enter its own data too
The client logs in and sees their company's charts and ratios, and next to every month has a pencil icon to enter or correct revenue, costs and income themselves — alongside what the office enters, or entirely on their own if the company doesn't use an accounting office.
Encrypted data
The connection to the panel and all stored financial data are encrypted — your office's clients' results stay confidential.

How it works
You close the company's month
Once the billing is finalised you enter revenue, costs, and income before and after tax for the given company.
The panel calculates charts and ratios
The chart, annual summary, margins, cost ratio and marginal analysis update automatically, with no extra work.
The client sees their result
The company logs into the panel and immediately sees how it's doing financially — no waiting for a call or an email from the office.
You review trends together
The month-to-month change and the revenue simulator make it easier to talk about what's next — without a separate spreadsheet.
What people usually ask
Are financial results calculated automatically from invoices?
No — revenue, costs and income for a given month are entered manually by the accounting office, based on the closed billing period. The panel then automatically calculates charts, margins and ratios from that data, so nothing needs to be recalculated separately.
Can the company add or edit its own financial results?
Yes — next to every month in the table the company has a pencil icon it can use to enter or correct revenue, costs, and income before and after tax itself. This applies both to a company served by an accounting office (the company's and the office's entries are saved to the same row) and to a company using the panel on its own, without an office.
What does the profitability analysis show?
Four ratios calculated automatically from the entered results: gross profit margin (pre-tax income ÷ revenue), net profit margin (post-tax income ÷ revenue), the cost ratio (costs ÷ revenue), and the effective tax rate.
What is marginal analysis?
It shows how much of the extra revenue in a given month actually became income, after subtracting the extra costs. High marginal profitability means growth is efficient — low means costs are rising almost as fast as revenue.
How does the revenue simulator work?
You enter a target pre-tax income, and based on the average gross profit margin for the selected period the panel estimates roughly how much revenue and how much cost that requires. It's an estimate, not a guarantee — the actual result depends on keeping similar cost efficiency at a higher scale.
Can I compare results month to month?
Yes — next to every value in the table the panel shows the percentage change versus the previous month, so you can immediately see whether revenue, costs or income are rising or falling.
Can I choose any date range instead of the whole year?
Yes — besides the full year, you can select a specific quarter or any range of months, and the charts, summary and profitability analysis recalculate for the chosen period.
Can the chart be switched to a bar chart?
Yes — alongside the line chart there is also a bar chart view, whichever is easier to read for a given data set.
Does every served company see only its own results?
Yes. Every company has access only to its own financial results and profitability analysis — other clients' data of the office stays hidden.
Is the financial data in the panel secure?
Yes — the connection to the panel and all stored financial data are encrypted, and only authorised people at the office and at the given company have access.
